Thank you to everyone who submitted name ideas for the network’s new name.

Mie Kusk Søndergaard came up with the winning name and acronym:  SEEN – Social SciencE Endometriosis Network

EndoNet was the next runner up.  With the acronym SEEN reflecting the network’s aim to use the social sciences and humanities to help make people with endometriosis and their concerns more visible, we’ll think you’ll agree it really suits!

We have won one of the very competitive and prestigious British Academy Conference funding awards to hold, ‘Reframing Endometriosis: Power, Politics and Potential Futures’

To our knowledge, this will be the first academic conference to bring together UK and internationally based endometriosis social science and humanities researchers alongside, and in conversation with, prominent (bio)medical researchers, third sector representatives and independent researchers and authors.

Tickets: £40 per day/ £20 per day for students/unwaged
